This privacy policy applies to the AI Background Editor app ("Application") for mobile devices, created by Innovent Apps ("Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".

The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
When you use the Application's editing features (such as background removal, AI backgrounds, object removal, AI Magic Editor, or clothes changer), you select photos from your device. These photos are uploaded for processing by our AI systems.
Who receives your data: Your photos are uploaded to our servers for processing. For AI editing features, we may use third-party AI generation tools (such as Gemini, and similar services) that process images on our behalf. In such cases, image data may be sent to these providers solely for the purpose of generating your edited result. We do not share your images for advertising, marketing, or any purpose other than providing the requested editing feature.
Third-party AI tools: We may use third-party AI generation tools (such as Gemini and similar services) to power our editing features. When we do, your images are sent to these providers only to process your edit request. We select providers that meet our privacy and security standards. Their use of your data is limited to providing the service we request.
Consent: Before your first photo upload, you will be shown a disclosure explaining what data is collected, who may process it (including any third-party AI tools we use), and how it is used. You will be asked for your consent before any image is uploaded.
How we use this data: We use your photos only to provide the requested editing features and to return the edited result to you. Images may contain faces or other personal content. We do not use face data for identification, tracking, or any other purpose.
Storage and retention: Original and generated images are stored temporarily on our servers for approximately 15 minutes and are then automatically deleted. We do not retain your photos after this period.
Third-party sharing: We do not share your photos or images for advertising, marketing, or other purposes unrelated to your edit. For AI editing features, we may use third-party generation tools (such as Gemini and similar services) that process your images solely to provide the requested editing result. We do not sell or share your images with data brokers or for tracking purposes.
The Service Provider may use the information you provide to contact you from time to time with important notices and promotions. For a better experience, the Service Provider may require certain personally identifiable information. This information will be used as described in this policy.
Only aggregated, anonymized data is transmitted to external services to aid improvement. Your photos and images are not shared with these services. Below are the third-party services used:
These third-party services have their own privacy policies and are bound by contractual obligations to protect user data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application via your device's standard process.
Photo and image data uploaded for editing are retained for approximately 15 minutes and are then automatically deleted from our servers. Other User Provided data will be retained for as long as you use the Application and a reasonable time thereafter.

This Application does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If discovered, such data will be deleted immediately.
The Service Provider employs safeguards to protect your data, but cannot guarantee absolute security.
This policy may be updated at any time. Continued use implies acceptance.
